An aesthetic upgrade is recorded in the heart of Paphos, after the implementation of the ambitious plan of the municipal authority for the further upgrading of the historic center of the city. Now, the famous neoclassical buildings that adorn the city center and which surround the Town Hall, are further highlighted, creating an impressive effect.
Speaking to "F", the Mayor of Paphos, Angelos Onisiforou, pointed out that in this context, the historic "Efvevia" club, located opposite the Municipal Hall, has already been renovated and upgraded externally, with respect to its architectural identity and the history of the area. This intervention, he stressed, contributed significantly to the beautification and aesthetic upgrading of the neighbourhood.
At the same time, the Mayor of Paphos pointed out, the renovation of the neighbouring municipal building, which has an architectural resemblance to "Efsevia", is underway. The building, owned by the Municipality of Paphos, is being fully upgraded to house municipal services, offering better working conditions to the staff and better quality service to the citizens, he says.
With a plan, responsibility and respect for the history of the city, the Municipality of Paphos invests daily in upgrading the municipal property and creating a more functional and beautiful city for all, concluded Mr. Onisiforou.
