Based in Kamares, Taste Fine Foods have an impressive offering. Customers have the option of ordering the food either fresh, cooked and ready to eat otherwise it is frozen so that the customer can pop it in the oven or microwave.
Delivery to Kamares and Tala is free. There is a charge of €10 for deliveries to Peyia, Tsada and Konia. Outside of these areas, the delivery charge is €15. Customers can collect from Kamares if preferred.

Photoshop/Computer Lessons in Tala with Kit from Your Pictures 2 Canvas
Specialist in beginner tuition where patient, clear and friendly
instruction in a relaxed atmosphere is paramount. The
weekly lessons take place at our studio in Tala by arrangement or at Kouklia
Art & Craft Centre Monday afternoons. The lessons cost €25 for two hours of
one to one tuition or if you can share the lesson with someone who is at the
same level of skill as yourself the cost is €15 each for two hours tuition.
Refreshments included. You would bring your laptop with Photoshop (only if
that's what you want to learn) already installed. If you don't have this I
might be able to help, just let me know in advance. I can also offer tuition in
other programmes by arrangement.
My aim is to teach people what
they need to know to develop the necessary skills in whatever area they desire
rather than go through a standard procedure. So, if your aim is to enhance
photographs, develop advanced card making skills, improve in
desktop publishing or to reproduce your art in digital form then I can
help. To get the best from the lessons we would work on your own stock or
images so eventually you will have not only the new skills but a body of work ready
to go forward as you wish.

GARDEN WASTE COLLECTION
PRIVATELY RUN GARDEN WASTE SITE IN TALA
A new privately run garden waste site will commence in Tala wef 13
September 2014. This site has a solid waste management licence no
2.12.48.639.3. The site is approximately
2km from Tala Square, near to the site of the proposed new cemetery [see map ].
A 'Home collection' service can be offered for an additional fee,
depending on the volume of waste for collection:
a] Double cabin truck €5
b] Single cabin truck €7
c] Pick-up truck €15
d] Tipper truck 8 x 4 €25
For waste taken directly to the site, a small charge will be made.
Some indicative charges are:
- TVs, washing machines and fridges
€Free of charge
- Any wooden material [sofas, tables, beds, etc] From €5 to €10
- For each plastic bag of waste
€1 for 1st
bag and €0.50 for each additional one
All waste can be taken apart from building materials.
