The operation of the Tax For All (TFA) system will be temporarily suspended on Thursday, May 7 and Tuesday, May 12, as part of scheduled works, informs the Tax Department.
Specifically, on Thursday its operation will be interrupted at 13:00 and on Tuesday at 7:30.
Based on the above and by decision of the Commissioner of Taxation, the submission of the VAT Return and the Payment of the VAT due for the period ended on 31/03/2026, as well as the submission of the Summary Table (VIES) for the period relating to the month of April 2026, are extended until 20/05/2026.
After 20/05/2026, the submission of this VAT Return, the payment of the VAT due, as well as the submission of the said Summary Statement (VIES) will be considered overdue and will be subject to financial charges and additional tax, as follows: €100 for non-timely submission of the VAT Return, additional tax of 10% on the VAT due and €50 for non-timely submission of the Summary Table (VIES).
