CLEAR WEATHER WITH FROST IN THE MOUNTAINS - WHEN DOES THE TEMPERATURE INCREASE?  Filenews 8/3

Weak high pressure affects the area.

Today the weather will be mostly clear, however at times there will be locally increased clouds. Winds will blow southwest to northwest, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and temporarily in the southwest in the afternoon to strong, 5 Beaufort. The sea will be a little rough. The temperature will rise to around 19 degrees inland and on the coasts and to 8 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tonight the weather will remain mostly clear. The winds will be mainly northwest to northeast, weak, 3 Beaufort and the sea will be calm to a little rough. The temperature will drop to 6 degrees inland, around 8 on the coast and minus 2 degrees in the higher mountains where frost will form locally.

On Monday, increased clouds after noon in the mountains are likely to give isolated rain. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the weather will be mostly clear locally but there will be increased clouds.

The temperature will rise slightly until Wednesday to remain close to the average climatic values.
