The Electricity Authority of Cyprus announced that throughout February the program of mass installation of smart meters in all Regions continues.
The new smart meters will be installed in the following areas:
Nicosia
- Latsia – Geri
- New GSP Area
- Area between Yiannou Kranidiotis Avenue and the Nicosia–Limassol motorway
- Area enclosed by Yiannou Kranidioti Avenue, Limassol Avenue, Karaiskakio Foundation Street and Kantaras, Argolidos, Dimokratias, Christoforou Kai, and Agiou Georgios Avenue
- On either side of Agios Georgios Avenue, up to the height of the Gymnasium of Geri
Limassol
- Limassol, Agios Athanasios, Mesa Geitonia
- Areas north of the Limassol–Nicosia motorway, from the height of the Agios Athanasios Industrial Area to the Agia Fylaxeos roundabout
Larnaca
- Larnaca, Aradippou, Livadia
- Area between Kyriakou Matsi Avenue, Lysou Santama and Andrea Mouzaki Streets, as well as on both sides of Agia Sofias Avenue
- On either side of Kyriakou Matsi Street in Livadia, up to the height of Pavlou Liasidi Street
Famagusta
- Deryneia
- On either side of Agia Marina Avenue
- On both sides of Famagusta Avenue to the Deryneia roadblock
- On both sides of Stadiou and Omonia streets, as well as Eleftherias Avenue
Paphos
- Geroskipou
- Area between Archbishop Makarios III Avenue, Ippokratous, Giannis Kontou and Ignatias Streets, and Europe Avenue
The Electricity Authority of Cyprus reminds that, for reasons of safe replacement of the meter, an interruption of the electricity supply is required for a duration not expected to exceed 20 minutes and apologizes for any inconvenience.
