NEW CALL CENTRE FOR MINISTRY OF JUSTICE - Filenews 26/2
The Ministry of Justice and Public Order announced the launch of a new call center, through an automated IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system, with the aim of faster and more efficient service to the public.
In a statement, the Ministry of Justice states that the system allows for the more correct routing of calls to the competent services, making it easier for citizens to search for information and submit their requests.
According to the Ministry, the contact phone number is 22805900, while the opening hours are from Monday – Friday, from 08:00 – 15:00.
The Ministry of Justice states that "it continues its efforts to modernize its services, with a view to improving the daily service of citizens and upgrading the quality of the services provided".
