In the context of the assessment of the environmental impacts of the construction and operation of the proposed Coastal Tourist Road, which will extend from Latchi to Limni, a relevant Environmental Impact Assessment Study has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment of Certain Projects Laws of 2018 (Law 127(I)/2018) until 2024. For this purpose, a Public Consultation is being organized on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 18:00, in the Meeting Room of the Municipality of Polis Chrysochous (25th March Street, 8830 Polis Chrysochous).
The presentation aims to gather opinions and comments from the public, as well as from organized groups and bodies, and participation is open to any interested person. The presentation will include a description of the project, along with the main results of the relevant studies that have been carried out.
The preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment Study will be available in electronic format on the website www.alaplanning.com, from 09/01 to 14/01, for the purpose of submitting comments.
Any person may submit comments and opinions regarding the content of the study or the potential impacts of the project to the email address info@alaplanning.com until January 14, 2026.
