CLOUDY WEATHER - RAIN EXPECTED - DUST REMAINS

The weather will be cloudy today, while local rains are expected, without ruling out an isolated storm in the afternoon.

According to the Department of Meteorology, dust will be observed in the atmosphere.

Weak low pressure affects the area. Dust will be observed in the atmosphere, at times dense, until Monday afternoon.

Today, the weather will be mostly cloudy with occasional local rains, without ruling out an isolated thunderstorm in the afternoon. Winds will blow south to southwest, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and locally strong, 5 Beaufort. The sea will be up to rough. The temperature will rise to 18 degrees inland, around 19 on the coast and 8 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tonight, there will be locally increased clouds which initially may give isolated rains, mainly in the west. Gradually, increased low clouds, thin fog or even fog are expected to form, mainly in the eastern half of the island. Winds will become mainly southwest to northwest light, 3 Beaufort and the sea up to a little rough. The temperature will drop to 6 degrees inland, around 9 on the coast and 3 degrees in the higher mountains, where frost is likely to form locally.

On Sunday, the weather will be cloudy at times, while in the evening there may be isolated rains. On Monday, local rains and isolated thunderstorms are expected, mainly in the afternoon. On Tuesday, the weather will be mostly clear, but increased clouds in the west are likely to give isolated light rains, while snow or sleet may fall on the highest peaks.

The temperature will not change appreciably until Monday, remaining above the average climatic values, however on Tuesday it will drop slightly.

The height of the snow in Chionistra, at the time of issuing the bulletin, was 11 cm.
