Today the weather will be locally mostly cloudy and local rains and isolated thunderstorms are expected at times. Hail is also likely to fall in a storm, while snow or sleet may fall on the highest peaks of Troodos. Winds will blow southwest to northwest, moderate 4 and temporarily windwise, strong 5 Beaufort. The sea will be turbulent and transient in the west until wavy. The temperature will rise to 16 degrees inland, around 18 on the coast and 8 degrees in the higher mountains.
In the evening the weather will be partly cloudy. Winds will blow northwest to northeast, light to moderate 3 to 4 Beaufort and transient in the windward, up to strong 5 Beaufort. The sea will be a little rough to rough but in the west it will be up to wavy. The temperature will drop to 6 degrees inland, 10 in the west, around 8 on the rest of the coasts and 0 degrees in the higher mountains, where frost will form locally.
On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday the weather will be partly cloudy. On Tuesday night the weather will become mostly cloudy with local rains and isolated thunderstorms.
The temperature will drop on Sunday and remain at the same levels on Monday and Tuesday, which are slightly below the climatic averages.
