The construction company that undertook the works for the Project "Osmotic and Improvement Works of the Core, the Square and the Lower Fountain in the Municipality of Ierokipia", announced that during the first phase of the works, Agia Paraskevi Street will remain closed.
More specifically, from 01.12.2025, the entire Agia Paraskevi Street will be closed from the height of the entrance of the KEN to the junction with Adonidos Street. Access to Agias Sofias Street will be via Archbishop Makarios III Avenue.
"We understand the inevitable difficulties that will arise due to these works and we ask the public to show understanding. We ask everyone to observe the temporary road signs and follow the instructions given to them.
We would like to emphasize that this work is necessary to improve our road safety and infrastructure. The inconvenience is temporary, but the benefits will be long-term.
