Specifically, based on the legal consent of the Chief of Police, the following temporary measures are applied during this period, which will be in force on all days of the week and between the hours of 18.00 – 06.00 of the following day:
1. Closure for traffic of the section of Agiou Antoniou Street, from the intersection with Konstantias and Panagias Theoskepastis Street to the junction with Kikeronos Street.
2. Closure for traffic of a small section of Apollonos Street despite the junction with Agiou Antoniou Street, with the appropriate temporary signage for informing drivers at the junction with Tefkrou Street.
3. Closure for traffic of a small section of Dionysou Street, from the junction with Panagias Theoskepastis Street to the junction with Agiou Antoniou Street.
Based on this consent of the Chief of Police, the Municipality implements temporary road signage and signalling to inform and guide drivers in order to ensure road safety, safe pedestrian traffic and the convenience of affected residents.
The implementation of these interim measures will be supervised by competent bodies and offenders will be reported out of court. The Municipality of Paphos urges drivers to comply with road signs and signage to avoid accidents and unnecessary inconvenience.
