MICHALIS MITAS - NEW CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PAFOS REGION TOURISM DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTION COMPANY Based on the provisions of the Pafos Regional Tourism Development and Promotion Company's statutory document, article 8(4), the Chairmanship is held by the advisor appointed by the Pafos NBE to the Board of Directors of ETAP.
Following a decision made by the Pafos NBE Board of Directors the day before yesterday, the NBE appointed Mr. Michalis Mitas as a consultant to the ETAP Board of Directors, who will assume the Chairmanship of the Company for the two-year period 2025-2027.
Michalis Mitas has been a member of the NBE Board of Directors for the last 15 years and has also been a member of the Boards of Directors of various organizations. He currently also holds the position of Assistant Secretary General of the Cyprus Tourism Development Association.
Michalis Mitas has an academic background in Business Administration and Marketing, while he has been professionally active for the last 35 years in the management of tourist accommodation.
