A slight earthquake was felt at 07:17am, in areas of the Paphos district.
According to a recent estimate by the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the earthquake had a magnitude of 3.4 on the Richter scale and its epicenter was at a depth of 13 kilometers, in the sea area 18 kilometers south of Paphos.
The Paphos Police have not had reports of any damage.
On the website of the Euro-Mediterranean Centre there are reports of residents who felt the earthquake from the city of Paphos and villages in the area such as Tala, Emba, Anarita, Polemi and Konia.
