The Cyprus Police warns the public about misleading messages allegedly sent on behalf of a well-known fuel company, with the aim of deceiving citizens.
According to relevant complaints, the messages in question are sent via electronic means and include suspicious hyperlinks, with which the recipients are asked to follow specific actions.
The Police emphasize that these messages do not come from the company and urge the public not to click on suspicious links, not to share personal or banking information and to contact the Police immediately in case of suspected fraud.
