The Patient's Guide is now available to citizens. It is a useful tool, being essentially the main source of information for beneficiaries on where to find which services of the General Health System (GHS).
Through the relevant website, https://patientjourneycy.org/ GHS beneficiaries can contact both the Health Insurance Organisation (HIO) and the OSAC Patient Observatory, receive information and submit any questions.
At the same time, they can find all the contact details of all GHS health service providers.
The guide is in electronic form but a paper summary has also been prepared.
It will be distributed to patients and by the OSAC and its associations.
