In the idyllic surroundings of the Minthis Hotel in Paphos, the leaders of the nine Mediterranean countries, together with King Abdullah of Jordan, meet at the MED9 Summit.
The Synod begins its work in the early afternoon and concludes this evening with dinner.
The menu was edited by the head chef Konstantinos Dimosthenous who has paid particular attention to highlighting the local products of Cyprus, creating a menu that highlights the richness of Cypriot flavours and traditions, while at the same time offering a gourmet experience that combines the traditional with the modern element.
