A gradual reduction in road violations at the points where photo-labelling systems are installed, is noted by the Ministry of Transport.
A statement said that, based on data for the April-June 2024 quarter, there was also an increasing trend in infringements during weekends and Easter holidays.
The main offences, it added, concern speeding, non-observance of traffic signs and violations of the Road Traffic Code.
