Stargem Group secured the approval of the environmental authority for the construction and operation of a private hospital under the name "Metropolitan Private Hospital", in the community of Mesogi in the Paphos district.
The total area of the development plots amounts to 27,426 sq.m. and the total area of the plots that will be sealed by its construction amounts to 21,780 sq.m., i.e. approximately 80% of the total area of the plots.
The project will consist of two buildings, the private hospital and the office building.
The private hospital will include, among others, units:
-Artificial kidney -Endoscopy -Lithotripsy -Rehabilitation -Mortuary -Radiology center -Emergencies -Diagnostic departments -Offices -Surgeries -Obstetrics -Intensive care unit -Patient wards.
As stated in the Environmental Impact Study, the project aims to provide high quality, integrated, effective and safe healthcare services by highly qualified professionals and through the latest technology.
The opening hours of the hospital will be the typical of private hospitals, i.e. for clinics 09:00-20:00 and for First Aid 24 hours a day.
Finally, it is worth noting that the owner company secured from mid-September 2023 the approval of the license to operate the private hospital.
