Some residents of Kissonerga disagree with the integration of their community in the municipality of Pegeia-Akamas. In fact, they are preparing dynamic mobilizations starting next Saturday in the area of Potima.
According to a spokesman for the protesters, Mr. Moses, residents are ready to cut off traffic on the Paphos-Coral Bay road, while they do not exclude the possibility of handing over their voter passbooks.
According to Mr. Moses, the residents were neither consulted nor expressed an opinion on the integration of their community into the municipality of Pegeia-Akamas.
Most, he concluded, would prefer to join the Emba, Chlorakas and Lemba complex.
