The tender has now been announced by the Department of Public Works for the construction of the Roundabout at the junction of Akamantos, Tassos Markou and Pervolion streets in Peyia.
This was stated by the Mayor of Pegeia, Marinos Lambrou, who clarified that the project has a budgeted cost of €338,000 plus VAT.
This is a project of major importance for the wider region, the Mayor of Pegeia pointed out, which will also contribute to increasing road safety and better handling of traffic traffic, as well as to the aesthetic upgrade of the area.
