In the hands of Jumbo passes the well-known building ERA Korivo in Paphos. Economy Today reports that the property has been acquired by the Jumbo toy chain , which may signal the long-term move of the so far Jumbo store from the Avenue Kings Mall in Paphos in the newly acquired building.
We note that since 2019 the building has been in the possession of REMU of Bank of Cyprus within the framework of the restructuring of the loan obligations of the Shacolas Group.
The building until recently housed the Super Home Centre which moved to the store of the former ORPHANIDIS a few months ago, while the department store ERA continues to operate. Economy Today reports that the transaction was closed at about 14 million euros and is considered by the management of REMU to have achieved this sale.
The area of the building amounts to 13,500 square meters while the total area of land is 39,000 square meters.
Specifically, it is a basement of 7,713 square meters, a ground floor of 3,659 square meters, a mezzanine of 1,999 square meters and a terrace of 74 square meters.
