"Smart" and Public Transport bus
Following the initiative of the Tourism Development and Promotion Company of the Paphos Region a specific bus that mainly runs routes within an urban area will now wear the colours of the European Capital of Smart Tourism 2023.
The title will be shown extensively, contributing significantly to its further publicity of this distinction but also of the institution in general. Paphos along with other European cities are models for smart tourism in Europe and are at the top of the international ranking in terms of sustainability, the
innovation and the integration of smart practices.
This distinction of Paphos is very important. ETAP and the contracting entities invest even more in the areas of Accessibility, Sustainable Development, Digitization, Cultural Heritage and Creativity so that in the coming years the province to become a standard smart destination.
ETAP Paphos wishes to warmly thank the Paphos Public Transport Company (OSYPA) both for the long-term productive collaboration and for the recent sponsorship of €5000 with the granting of free advertising space on the Paphos city bus.
