81.4% of the adult population received at least the 1st dose of vaccine. Fully vaccinated adults (18 years and older) reached 78.9%
According to data from the Ministry of Health, 41.6% of people aged 16 and 17 received at least the 1st dose and 38.6% completed their vaccination. In the age group of 12-15 years, at least 27.3% and 24.3% of this age group completed their vaccination regimen.
In the walk-in that operated today at the Lanitio Sports Center in Limassol, a total of 949 vaccinations were made. 205 were for 1st dose vaccination, 22 for vaccination with 2nd dose and 722 for vaccination with 3rd dose.

In relation to the vaccination coverage per District, Paphos has 92.4% of the adult population that received at least the 1st dose. It is followed by the Districts of Famagusta and Nicosia with 91.3% and 80.5% respectively and the Limassol District with 79.9%. In the District of Larnaca, vaccination coverage with at least the 1st dose is at 75.8%.
Regarding the 3rd dose, along with the current data from Lanitio, the booster dose was received in a total of 20,892 people. Yesterday, in the context of serving citizens living in remote areas and having difficulty in accessing a Vaccination Center, a mobile vaccination unit visited, after consultation with the local authorities, the Municipality of Athienou, where 240 people (included in the total) were vaccinated with a 3rd dose, who expressed interest.
It is recalled that the Vaccination Portal is open these days to arrange an appointment for the 3rd dose for people 70 years of age and older. Vaccinations with a 3rd dose, without prior appointments, are also done at the free-attendance vaccination centres (walk-in) every Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm. Walk-in centres for 3 instalments operate as follows:
