In order to address the further spread of the pandemic, in addition to the new measures included in the recent decree of the Ministry of Health, EAC Supply informs the public and its customers that in addition to the mandatory use of a mask and the thermal measurement of its customers, the entrance to the site of the Customer Service Centres (JEPs) is allowed only to persons who will provide an updated Safe Pass.
As stated in a communication, the implementation of this measure was decided with a view to ensuring the proper functioning of the Agency, which is an essential service for the uninterrupted supply of electricity.
It is recalled that the EAC Procurement JEPs apply all protocols to comply with health protection measures, and may result in increased service time.
In this context, EAC Commission urges its customers to limit visits to JEPs to what is strictly necessary. It is recalled that customers can be served either electronically or by telephone. In addition, for anything related to the accounts of EAC Supply customers, call centre 1818 is available to the public. The common objective, it is noted, is to protect the health of customers and employees.
