Witness to a heinous act today became lifeguards in Pentakom Limassol.
"As the Limassol Lifesaving Unit states", "we do not know which person (and if it is human) was able to do this thing to a turtle or whether its legs were cut off by a boat propeller".
They note that lifeguards have alerted the Department of Fisheries and will transport the turtle for treatment.
