After three decades of efforts, setbacks, cancellations, appeals and mobilizations, the big time for the project that "haunted" the daily life of the province of Paphos and especially the people of the Town of Polis Chrysochous, the major issue of the new Paphos-Polis highway is finally coming to a happy end officially.
The Minister of Transport, Communications and Works Giannis Karousos and the Mayor of Chrysochous Town, Giotis Papachristofi, sign at 10 a.m. today in the courtyard of the Municipal Palace of Chrysochous.
The signing ceremony is considered to be the most important development so far for the major project, which is considered a prerequisite for the development of the Chrysochous region and for the completion of the national road network.
