CHANGING WEATHER - TEMPERATURE DROP, RAIN AND SNOW

The hot gaseous mass affecting the region is receding, while cold gaseous mass is expected as of late Friday night. On Friday night and Saturday we will have snow, the Director of the Meteorological Service Kleanthis Nikolaidis told Active yesterday, up to the lower mountains. Today Thursday the weather will be mainly atrium, although initially, mainly in the west and northwest, there will be increased low clouds, while temporarily there will be increased high clouds. The temperature will rise around 26 degrees inland, around 23 in the southeast, north and east coasts, around 21 on the rest of the coast and around 17 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tonight the weather will be mostly atrium, although locally there will be increased low clouds, mainly in the west. During the dawn hours there will be locally sparse fog or fog, mainly in the eastern half of the island.

On Friday locally increased clouds are expected to give isolated rain mainly in the west and north.

On Saturday the weather will be mostly cloudy and local rains, isolated storms and snow are expected in the higher mountains.

On Sunday the weather will initially be mainly atrium, while from noon onwards locally increased clouds may give individual light rains in the mountains.

Temperatures will drop sharply through Saturday and rise slightly on Sunday and will be below average.
