Net earnings up to €8,251 are provided by frontline government officials, based on data processed by Insider from the Treasury.
The data show the net monthly salary after deducting contributions to the CSI, the GHS, income tax, the Widow's Fund and the Pension Plans.
As the evidence shows, the President of the Republic is not the highest paid in the state machine as the heads of the Legal Service and the Supreme Court are paid more.

The Page of the General Accounting Office also includes data in relation to the monthly contributions of the President of the Republic, the President of the House, Ministers, Members of Parliament and other State officials to the General Health Plan
Insider's research, based on data published by the Treasury of the Republic, shows that the monthly contributions of state officials range from €105 to €343 per month.
In particular, the President of the Republic made the greatest contribution and the smallest was the Director of the Press Office of the President of the Republic.
