Coronavirus (COVID-19): how to self-isolate when you travel to England
When you arrive in England, you must travel directly to the place you are staying and not leave until 10 days have passed since you were last in a non-exempt country or territory.

Details
The 10-day period starts from the day after you leave a non-exempt country or territory. A non-exempt country or territory is any country or territory that is not on the travel corridors list.
