ANOTHER DEATH DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

A 61-year-old patient, who was being treated at Paphos General Hospital and who had been diagnosed with coronavirus, died on Friday night. According to officials, more details about the 61-year-old's state of health, as well as the final cause of death, i.e. whether or not the 61-year-old's death is attributed to the crown, are expected to be given tomorrow.

Earlier, the death of a man, aged 80, with underlying diseases, who was being treated in the Intensive Care Unit of nicosia General Hospital, was also announced. The final cause of death is attributed, according to the Ministry of Health, to COVID-19 disease.

In the afternoon, the deaths of three more people were announced.

According to the information, this is an 85-year-old man with underlying diseases, who died at Famagusta Hospital late last night and who was transferred to the Reference Hospital by the Sokratio Melathros of Nursing.

The second death concerns a 72-year-old man, with underlying illnesses, who was being treated at Nicosia General Hospital.

The next death concerns a 54-year-old woman who had been taken to Limassol Hospital in an emergency and who had been diagnosed positive for the crown. It is noted that no further details were given on her state of health.

All three deaths were attributed to COVID-19 disease as the final cause of death.

There have been a total of 5 deaths of patients with coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
