European University Cyprus and EURES Cyprus are joining forces to organise the EUC × EURES Career Academy 2026, a two-day event dedicated to promoting European labour market mobility, enhancing employability and connecting students, graduates, jobseekers, employers and EURES representatives from across Europe.
With the participation of representatives from Austria, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, Poland, Malta, Italy and Cyprus, the event will provide valuable information on European labour markets, employment and professional development opportunities, as well as livelihood, work and training opportunities in different European countries. The programme includes a European Mobility and Career Fair, as well as informative and specialised presentations, with the aim of helping participants discover new career prospects and plan their next steps in the European labour market.
Day 1| 1 December 2026 – European Mobility and Career Fair
The first day will include the European Mobility and Career Fair, which will be hosted by the European University Cyprus Career Centre. EURES Advisers from the participating countries, as well as international employers, will participate in the exhibition, giving students, graduates and jobseekers the opportunity to communicate directly with representatives from all over Europe.
Participants will have the opportunity to find out about available jobs, get to know national labour markets better and develop valuable professional contacts. The programme will also include presentations on living and working conditions in Europe, offering practical information to those interested in seeking professional opportunities abroad.
Day 2| 2 December 2026 – EURES Career Academy
The second day will focus on specialised presentations and discussions on European mobility, professional development and job opportunities abroad. Through the presentations of invited speakers and EURES representatives, participants will gain practical knowledge to take advantage of the opportunities offered by European labour markets, access to employment and training opportunities, and develop skills needed in an increasingly internationalised professional environment.
The EUC × EURES Career Academy 2026 aims to strengthen cooperation between higher education institutions, the EURES network, employers and jobseekers, as well as to highlight opportunities across Europe.
