Tuesday is the most likely day for widespread and severe weather phenomena to occur, said Meteorological Officer Tasos Koulentis.
Tonight there is a possibility of rain or even a storm mainly on the coast, he noted. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be days of instability, i.e. a gradual development of clouds is expected after noon with some rain and thunderstorms, he added.
At the same time, Mr. Koulentis said that the most likely day for extensive and severe weather phenomena is Tuesday, clarifying at the same time that "we are waiting for tonight's and tomorrow's data to see if we will issue any warning (for Tuesday)".
On Thursday and Friday the weather will be mostly clear with locally increased clouds, he pointed out.
Temperatures until Friday will gradually rise slightly, but remain slightly below normal for the season, he noted.
