OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE FROM PAPHOS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE - Pafos Press 23/9
The project, with a total duration of two years, focuses on enhancing the education and skills of young people in modern and rapidly developing technologies, such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Web3, through international cooperation, exchange of know-how and the development of innovative educational actions.
The opening meeting was attended by the Head of European Programs and Educational Training, Mr. Stefanos Hatziioannou, as well as the associate and expert of the Chamber, Mr. Paris Paraskevas.
As part of the visit to Pescara, in addition to the opening meeting of the partners, a two-day conference focusing on Blockchain technology was also held, giving the participants the opportunity to exchange knowledge, experiences and good practices around new digital technologies and their applications in the education and skills development of young people.
During the two-year implementation of the program, corresponding conferences focusing on Blockchain will also be held in Cyprus and Spain, further enhancing knowledge diffusion, exchange of experiences and cooperation between participating institutions and young people from partner countries.
The work of the project involves organizations and bodies from various European countries, including Cyprus, Italy, Spain and Belgium, strengthening transnational cooperation and creating a strong European knowledge and innovation network.
The assumption of the role of Lead Partner in this project confirms the continuous commitment of the Paphos Chamber to the utilization of European programs, the promotion of innovation and new technologies, as well as the creation of new opportunities for education and development for young people.
