ILLEGALITY WITH PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS IN PAPHOS - Pafos Live 23/9
The safari of inspections by EAC crews continues in order to detect illegal photovoltaic systems.
Most of the illegalities detected are related to an increase in cargo, beyond what has been approved by the EAC, while there have also been cases, in a community in the low-lying area, where consumers have been found to have connected illegally without even having submitted an application.
The owners of the premises were asked to either uninstall the entire system, or remove the additional, unlicensed, photovoltaic panels they had installed.
Inspections by EAC crews continue, while those found to be breaking the law not only pay a fine but will have to proceed from the beginning with the licensing of their photovoltaic installation.
