The preparations for the great annual event of the Paphos Opera, at the beginning of September, do not leave the Medieval Castle in the port of Kato Paphos unaffected.
As announced by the Department of Antiquities, the monument will remain closed to the public from Wednesday 2 to Sunday 6 September.
The temporary suspension of the Castle's operation is due to the organization of the Pafos Aphrodite Festival on September 4 and 5, it is clarified.
The Department of Antiquities apologizes to the public for any inconvenience that may be caused to visitors due to the temporary closure.
