The temperature will rise to 40 degrees today, according to the Meteorology Department.

A yellow warning will come into effect at 2:30, which will last until 4:30 in the afternoon.

The temperature is not expected to change significantly during the three days and will remain above the average climatological values.

Seasonal low pressure affects the area.

Today, the weather will be mainly clear. The winds will initially blow variable weak, 3 Beaufort, to later become mainly southwest to northwest weak to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and locally up to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough. The temperature will rise to 40 degrees inland, around 34 on the south and east coasts, around 31 on the west and north coasts and 30 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tonight, the weather will be mainly clear. The winds will blow mainly northwest to northeast weak, 3 Beaufort, and the sea will be calm to slightly rough. The temperature will drop to around 24 degrees inland and on the coasts and to 19 degrees in the higher mountains.

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the weather will be mainly clear.

The temperature is not expected to change significantly during the three-day period and will remain above the average climatological values.
