POISON KILLS PETS - Pafos Live 28/6
Pafoslive received complaints from our readers in Chloraka and Lysos about mass poisoning of animals.
Mainly cats in both cases, without excluding that there are other losses such as birds or other species of the Cypriot fauna from the poisons that are placed.
According to the complaints, in both cases unknown persons placed the poisons in central parts of the communities, as a result of which many dead animals were found in recent days.
Citizens note that sterilization programs for stray animals should be intensified for the control and containment of animals since the large increase in some cases leads some to such criminal acts
