This is the phrase used by the Minister of Defense to describe the Cyprus Pavilion at the international Defense Exhibition Eurosatory, in Paris, where 15 Cypriot companies presented advanced technological defense and security systems for every field of operations, from land and sea to air.
The presence of Cypriot companies at the exhibition was accompanied by the signing of memoranda of cooperation, while paving the way for new contacts and possible synergies with international groups in the field of defence and security. The presence of the Cypriot flag, however, in such large and important exhibitions, gives the country defensive-diplomatic capital.
It is added that specifically of these systems, they have entered the arsenal of the National Guard, while it is expected that in the future, the involvement of the defense industry will be more intense, giving a greater percentage of autonomy to the army.

ADDITESS is active in the research, development and provision of technological solutions for security, border management, critical infrastructure protection and cybersecurity. It develops incident reporting platforms, cyber incident management systems, decision-making tools, and unmanned systems for operational use.

CMMI – Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute
The Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute is a research and development centre for shipping, defence and maritime security. It develops autonomous surface vessels and underwater systems, with applications in surveillance, search and rescue, infrastructure protection, environmental monitoring, and maritime security operations.
CYRIC
CYRIC is a Cypriot high-tech company active in unmanned aerial and ground vehicles, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, sensors and Internet of Things networks. Its solutions are used for surveillance, reconnaissance, critical infrastructure protection, ISR missions and border control, while it also develops technologies for long-range drones and roving munitions.

Ecliptic is active in the defense, energy, and space sectors. The company develops power generation and management systems, electronic infrastructure, and technologies for aerospace and military applications, with a focus on reliability and operational resilience.

Ianus Technologies is active in command, control and operational awareness solutions. The company develops platforms that aggregate data from different sources, facilitate the coordination of teams in the field, and support real-time decision-making.
SignalGeneriX
SignalGeneriX is a technology company specializing in electronic defense, signal processing, artificial intelligence, and electromagnetic spectrum monitoring. It develops threat detection, classification and monitoring systems, as well as solutions for drones, sensors and electronic warfare operations.
SpaceBoats
SpaceBoats develops autonomous and unmanned marine systems for surveillance, port security, search and rescue, environmental monitoring, and defense missions. The company combines vessel design, sensors, communications and autonomous navigation, aiming at operations in coastal and offshore sea areas.
Swarmly aero
Swarmly develops vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) drones, as well as unmanned marine assets, for surveillance, reconnaissance, intelligence-gathering, and support missions for security and defense operations. Its core systems include the Poseidon H-10, while the company also invests in autonomous platforms, command and control systems, and drone swarm technologies. Swarmly did not participate in the Cyprus Pavilion, but was present at the exhibition.
The overall picture that emerges is that the Cypriot defence industry attempts to cover the entire spectrum, from research and design to manufacturing, software, communications, sensors and operational development.
