APPLICATIONS FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF OVERDUE SOCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS ARE NOW ELECTRONIC - IT CONCERNS THOSE WHO HAVE WARRANTS - Filenews 28/5
The Legal Service of the Republic reminds that the submission of an application for the settlement of overdue social security contributions has changed and now, people who have pending warrants for social security debts are required to submit their application electronically, through the completion of the special form "Application for repayment in instalments of overdue social contributions", which is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Insurance.
The regulation is valid from May 15, 2026 and applications for the settlement of overdue social security contributions need to be submitted electronically by September 14, 2026.
Due to this new regulation, the Legal Service of the Republic can no longer receive applications for overdue social security contributions.
