The Examinations Service of the Directorate of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (YPAN) reminds that the period for the payment of examination fees for participation in the Pancyprian Access Examinations (PEP) 2026 ends on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 23:59.
All relevant information can be found in an announcement of the Ministry of Education [https://enimerosi.moec.gov.cy/ypp19971] dated April 2, 2026.
After the expiration of the above deadline, candidates will be able to submit directly to the Examinations Service a request for late payment of fees or a request for a fee exemption or a request for a refund of fees due to exemption, for another five (5) calendar days, i.e. until Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 23:59, by sending an email to the panexams@schools.ac.cy and attaching all the relevant supporting documents, where required.
In case of any difficulty regarding payments, candidates are invited on time, and no later than Wednesday, April 22, 2026, to contact the Examinations Service (Telephones 22582933 and 22582934) during working days and hours or to send an email to panexams@schools.ac.cy explaining the difficulty they are facing, so that the Examinations Service can immediately resolve any problems that arise.
Please note that, after Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 23:59, no request for late payment of fees or request for fee exemption or request for refund of fees due to exemption will be accepted.
It is emphasized that after the completion of the payment period, only applications marked "Completed" will be valid.
Applications for which the required examination fees have not been paid or have not been exempted from the required examination fees and will be marked "Completed-Pending payment" will not be valid, resulting in the non-participation of candidates in the ROP 2026 for the purposes of access to the Higher and Higher Education Institutions of Cyprus and Greece.
