TALA - WATERFALL AT AGIOS NEOPHYTOS MONASTERY 'FALLS' AGAIN

TALA - WATERFALL AT AGIOS NEOPHYTOS MONASTERY 'FALLS' AGAIN - Filenews 18/4 by Dora Christodoulou

For the third time in three months, the impressive waterfall created next to the Enkleistra of Agios Neophytos, in the monastery of the saint in Tala, Paphos, descended due to the heavy rainfall. In fact, the intensity of this morning's phenomena created an even more impressive scene, with the waterfall falling with momentum and in an impressive way from the mountain that dominates the Monastery of Agios Neophytos.

The waterfall began to fall at the point of Enkleistra from the morning and for several hours, creating an impressive spectacle, as long as the rainfall lasted.

From the mountain that rises right next to the Saint's Enkleistra, volumes of water fell in an impressive way and sound, to the special ramp that has been created in the square area for rainwater to end up in the fields of the Monastery.

The waterfall made its appearance, after the heavy rains brought by this winter in December and February, with the spectacle being impressive even then.
