PROMOTION OF PAFOS AT THE 'TAXIDI FAIR 2026' TO STRENGTHEN DOMESTIC TOURISM

The efforts of the Pafos Regional Board of Tourism continue unabated, aiming to promote the district as a holiday destination and attract also domestic visitors.
Following the successful completion of the nationwide Easter holiday campaign, the domestic tourism promotion campaign continues dynamically throughout the summer mainly via social media platforms. The participation of the Pafos Regional Board of Tourism in the Travel 2026 exhibition is part of its broader strategy to enhance domestic tourism, highlighting Pafos as an ideal destination for short getaways all year round.
The exhibition takes place at the Cyprus State Fair Grounds in Nicosia and runs for three days, from Friday, 17 April 2026 until Sunday, 19 April 2026.
Pafos aims, as always, through the coordinated efforts of tourism professionals and the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, to remain among the top holiday choices for Cyprus residents seeking domestic travel options.
This year once again, the Pafos Tourism Board invites all residents of Cyprus to holiday within the island and visit the cosmopolitan destination of Pafos. Visitors are encouraged to discover the authentic charm of the region through its beautiful countryside, the unique natural landscape of Akamas Peninsula, and the villages of Laona.
They are invited to embark on a journey along a stunning coastline that begins in Kouklia, Geroskipou, Pafos, Chloraka, and Peyia, continues through Neo Chorio, Latchi, and Polis Chrysochous, extends to Argaka and Pomos, and reaches as far as Pyrgos Tyllirias.
