ALARM FOR 36 DANGEROUS APARTMENT BUILDINGS IN LIMASSOL - Filenews 20/4
The tenants of 36 dangerous apartment buildings are warned by the Limassol District Local Government Organization, placing stickers with the inscription "Dangerous building - Do not enter".
As stated by the President of the EOA Limassol, Yiannis Tsouloftas, in the previous days, employees of the organization went to 36 buildings that have been deemed dangerous and placed the warning stickers, which are written in both Greek and English, at the entrances.
Referring to the evacuation letter sent to the tenants of an apartment building, on Vasileos Georgiou A' Avenue, in the tourist area of Germasogeia, Mr. Tsouloftas said that the three-day deadline expires today, at midnight on Monday.
If the tenants do not leave their apartments, he continued, the Organization intends to proceed immediately with the legal procedures, with an application for a court order to evict the apartment building.
