Winds will be mainly north to northeast, moderate to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort and transient, especially in the north and east strong to very strong, 5 to 6 Beaufort. Later, however, the winds will turn west to northwest and will weaken, to become generally light to moderate and locally moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will gradually become generally rough. The temperature will drop to around 9 degrees in the higher mountains, around 12 on the coast and around zero in the higher mountains, where frost is expected to form locally.
