Following the amendment of the Legislation concerning the Out-of-Court Law, as published in the Official Gazette of the Republic (09/12/2025), an out-of-court fine of €85 will be issued to drivers parked at a publicly accessible electric vehicle recharging point.
The fine will be imposed on vehicles that are not electric, as well as on electric vehicles that are parked in the specific areas without being in the process of charging.
