 Filenews 8 February 2026

New batches of baby products are added to the list of foods, recalled from the Cypriot market, due to the possible presence of cereulide, a toxin of the microorganism Bacillus cereus, the Health Services of the Ministry of Health say in a statement.

The Health Services call on the consumer public, who are in possession of the mentioned batches of products, not to use them for infant nutrition and to return them to the points of sale from where they bought them.

In addition, they note that they continue to investigate the matter and in case the distribution of additional products is found, mainly through parallel trade, a supplementary announcement will be issued.

In addition, since such products may have been purchased online from online shops or websites abroad, consumers are requested to check the batches of products they have received in relation to the recall list.

The updated product catalogue is available on the Nestlé https://www.nestle.com/ask-nestle/products-brands/answers/infant-formula-product-advisory website, where buyers must select the seller's country to locate the corresponding products under recall.
