The great carnival parade of the Limassol Carnival ended shortly after 5 pm on Sunday (22/2), leaving behind bright colours, music and endless fun.
Thousands of carnival goers participated in the parade, while as many were along the route to watch it, creating a festive atmosphere full of colour, music and endless fun.
For another year, thousands of sprays made their appearance, without missing either from the hands of young children or those of carnival goers. Indicative are the images recorded by Filenews after the end of the parade where the remnants of the parade literally covered the entire road without the asphalt being visible. Sprays, confetti, cans and streamers dominated the streets and sidewalks.
It is worth noting that at the end of the event, the cleaning crews of the Limassol Municipality immediately got to work, in order to clean what was left on the streets.
