The Russian citizen, permanent resident of Limassol, Vladislav Baumgertner, 53, owns the body that was recovered by the BB Police on Avdimou Beach on January 14, 2026, after DNA analysis and identification
According to the competent authorities, the 53-year-old had been declared as a missing person on January 7, 2026. The circumstances under which his death occurred, as well as the exact causes, are under investigation by the BB Police Criminal Investigation Service.
The relatives of the deceased have been informed, while the investigations continue according to the prescribed procedures.
