Neapolis University Pafos announces the launch of the new Distance Learning Master's Program (MSc) in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management, which meets the needs of modern organizations and the people who manage them.
The program is offered entirely remotely, has a duration of 1.5 years (three academic semesters), corresponds to 90 ECTS and is taught in Greek and English. It is aimed at both recent graduates and professionals from different disciplines, who wish to enhance their leadership and management skills or advance into positions of responsibility.
The Master's Program focuses on the relationship between leadership, human resource management, and organizational effectiveness, combining theoretical knowledge with applied analysis and practical management tools. Particular emphasis is placed on decision-making, human relationship management, strategic thinking, and effective communication in multicultural and interdisciplinary settings.
Teaching is supported by academic staff with expertise in human resource management, organizational psychology, economic policy, education, and sustainable development. The program incorporates modern research methodologies and case studies, allowing students to analyze real-world organizational issues and apply their knowledge to their professional environment.
The distance learning format offers flexibility and accessibility, allowing for the combination of studies with professional and personal obligations, without geographical restrictions.
Upon completion of the program, graduates acquire essential skills for human resource management, leadership exercise, and participation in the strategic development of private and public sector organizations.
