The redevelopment projects of the traditional core of Geroskipou are still in full swing, which are currently completing a year of phased execution. The construction works concern demolitions of existing roads and sidewalks, earthworks, works for the installation of new networks of public utilities, street lighting and paving of roads.
All this time, the works are being carried out in parts, with the resulting difficulties for residents and motorists being obvious, however they are considered necessary for the creation of a modern and functional core of the Municipality, with their completion.
During the works, safe access for pedestrians, affected residents and visitors to the residences and other businesses is ensured throughout the execution of the works.
Depending on the progress of the works and always on time, there will be detailed updates with all the necessary information on the executed phases of the project, it is emphasized in a relevant announcement of the Municipality of Ierokipia.
